Monique Sahki is a fully certified & trained as a Mindfulness Practitioner, accredited & a member of the I.P.H.M. - International Practitioner of Holistic Medicine; She will apply Mindfulness with the best of her knowledge and experiences.

As a Mindfulness Teacher, Monique will teach you the mindfulness meditation and its many manifestations (body and senses, breathing, thoughts and emotions…) or if requested some natural alternatives therapeutic techniques (Sounds, Crystals, Colours or Reiki to balance your chakras) , introducing you to exercises, along with how to help you to embed mindfulness into your everyday lives. We offer one-to-one and group sessions in Mindfulness based practices.

Important Notes: If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapy. Alternative/natural therapies can be used in combination with standard western medicine and not as a replacement. Before starting a mindfulness session or programme it is advisable that all participants take responsibility for their own health and well being. Certain health issues may need to be observed and discussed beforehand. Mindfulness is a very safe practise which generally improves physical and mental health but a consultation always takes place beforehand to make sure all clients are suitable. In very rare cases mindfulness is not suitable for A seizure (can be triggered by relaxation in certain people with epilepsy so it is important to be aware that epilepsy is a contra-indication. With the permission of a Doctor’s note, clients with epilepsy may be offered a one-2-one session where their needs can be fully met), Asthma (may also be a contra-indication. Just by focusing on the breath during mindfulness could be enough for a severe asthmatic to have an attack. Even for clients who believe their asthma is under control should be aware of this risk and they must always arrive with a fully charged inhaler) or serious mental health issues (especially if they show psychotic behaviours. This is for the safety of the other participants as well as for the safety of the teacher).

Monique provides her services and packages using many strategies and tools that she has been trained and certified for. She guides individuals or groups to achieve in the areas that are important to them by providing various types of coaching and complimentary therapy services/packages.

Assessments: Monique will conduct during the service a questionnaire in order to better understand your the individual or organisation needs and requirements. Monique will make assessments on the individual or organisation energy and identify which natural treatments are needed to help to balance their energy . Through conversation Monique and the individual or organisation can establish the problem and use the most appropriate natural treatment.

Sessions: can last from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the needs of the individual or the organisation. One or multiple sessions may be required to significantly help.

MINDFULNESS GROUP COACHING

Mindfulness Group Coaching Objectives: A focused and confidential group that will be using techniques similar to individual coaching with the benefit of collective group support.

Audience: Ladies, Gentlemen or Students who are all aligned and headed to their personal or professional development whatever is their goal or purpose.

Topics: taking about different subject every week.

Duration: Mindfulness group coaching programs every 1 week for 1h30 hour/90mn or several weeks.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. In the morning (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM), at lunch time (12:30 PM to 2:00 PM), in the afternoon (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM or in the evening (6:00 PM to 9:00 PM).

The Class size: the coach facilitator want to create a friendly and positive environment conductive to learn, to ensure plenty of attention and support; the class sizes are kept small with no more than 8 participants. As class sizes are limited, please book early to guaranty a place. As our intention is to make this unique and healing experience enjoyable and comfortable for everyone to take part.
