Workshop Details

To ensure a friendly, positive, and effective learning environment, class sizes are kept small, with no more than 8 participants. This allows for ample practice and personalized attention. Because spaces are limited, please book early to guarantee your spot in this unique and transformative experience.

  • Online Workshops: Upon confirming your participation, you'll receive all the workshop details and the link to attend.

  • In-Person Workshops: The venue details will be confirmed and sent via email within 7 days before the workshop, following your final booking confirmation.

We will confirm your booking via email within 24 hours of your payment. Workshop details will be sent to you before the event day, once your final participation (in-person or b8y distance5) is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

  • You have up to 7 days to cancel your booking via email for a full refund.

  • If you cancel after the 7-day period, a full refund isn't possible, but you can reschedule your workshop once to another date.

Flexible Scheduling

The “on-demand workshops” are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, or Sundays during the following times:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

  • Lunchtime: 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM

  • Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

  • Evening: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
