    Need help selecting the package that is right for you? We begin every client engagement with a free complimentary (15mn). All sessions can be tailored to your needs and the goals of your organization. Scheduling a free initial phone consultation gives you the opportunity to ask questions and learn about our service before deciding whether to commence. Please contact Monique for customised packages and pricing for individuals, small-groups, small businesses, associations or corporates. No matter where you are located, we can also connect virtually (via zoom, Skype, Free Conference Call or WhatsApp).

    The services & packages recommended are only given to help motivate the individual or group to move forward towards their desired outcome. Monique provides her services and packages using many strategies and tools that she has been trained and certified for. She guides individuals or groups to achieve in the areas that are important to them by providing various types of coaching and complimentary therapy services/packages.

    Assessments: Monique will conduct during the service a questionnaire in order to better understand your the individual or organisation needs and requirements. Monique will make assessments on the individual or organisation energy and identify what type of motivational coaching to support them in their journey . Through conversation Monique and the individual or organisation can establish the problem and use the most appropriate technique.

    Cancellation:

    • You have up to 7 day to cancel by email your session booking to get the full refund.

    • You have up to 14 days to cancel by email your package booking to get the full refund.

    • If you have not cancelled it on time, there is no full refund but you can reschedule it only once to another date.

  • We will work together to create a perfect program coaching life for you. A program where we will put together a set of goals  positive outcomes achievements that you would like to focus on or improve.

    • Intake form or contract will be sent to your email along with your welcome letter.

    • You will need to provide a brief explanation of your situation or goal.

    • Strategies, tools suggested and recommendations will be sent to you within 2 days.

    • You will get a personalized email sent addressing your concerns and goals once a week.

    • 4 x 45-minute one-on-one coaching (once a week) /(+notes)

    • Follow up recapitulation of session/ Feedback after every coaching session
